Through our service work, we hope to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we meet, connecting them to appropriate services and promoting change within our communities.
Our team was born from a vision by Ryan Vena to form a group of guys in recovery, many of whom has experienced life in the Downtown East Side first-hand, to evoke change in this dire fentanyl crisis.
We want to make a difference, no matter how small.
The dream became a reality on December 17, 2016. Armed with food, clothing and Narcan kits our team set out on it's first Foot Patrol.
Create a strong, positive presence in the communities of which we serve by building relationships with individuals and service providers, creating effective support for community development.
Provide crisis intervention by all means possible, including, but not limited to, Narcan response, basic First Aid response, small warm clothing donations, and snack/food items.
Promote health and resources through effective communication and relationship building.
